• Beauty for Ashes: Join the 40 day national prayer focus for Alberta from May 16-Jun 24th. It’s about Ft. McMurray, but much more than just Ft McMurray—- its a contending for the province of Alberta’s spiritual destiny, which the enemy is seeking to thwart.
• First Peoples: Pray God’s blessing and kingdom will powerfully come to Canada’s First Peoples, be they on reserves or not. Thank the Father for ways He has already been working and ask Him for new, effective doors of ministry to open and bring life.
• Restoration: Many are discerning past anointings and truths will be restored in this hour. As the Lord for all that was of Him, that has slipped away, to be regained. Pray for restoration in other areas as well, relationships, passion for Jesus, hope, faith and vision.
• Fathers: As Fathers’ Day approaches, pray for spiritual and natural fathers in our land to reflect the heart of our Heavenly Father and have wisdom to authentically walk with the next generation, bringing forth extraordinary fruit. Pray for healing where broken fathering has left wounded and confused children. Give thanks to the Lord who is able to make all things new.
• Faith: Ask the Lord for champions of faith to arise in this hour like Calebs and Joshuas, able to see the hand and purposes of God in even the most challenging situations. Intercede for a higher water level of faith in the Church, able to wholeheartedly believe for national revival and harvest.
• Transition: Contend for the large number of believers in the Canadian Church who are in major transition in this hour. Pray for wisdom, grace, faith, meekness and patience. Also stand in the gap for congregations, denominations and communities that God has led into a significant season of change.
