Report - UNITE FOR DOMINION, CALGARY, JANUARY 27-30, 2011
The conference opened to a full house on Thursday night with the atmosphere charged with the presence of the Lord as the praise team, led by Ryan and Elissa Caldwell, sang "I am a friend of God". Immediately a prophetic atmosphere opened and declarations came forth about new levels of intimacy that are freely available to those who enter in. This prophetic atmosphere continued throughout the conference, with every word representing an open door into the new season.
Throughout the conference, we shared how the number 11 represents transition in scripture and that 2011 is a transition year into 2012, a season of greater kingdom authority. Many testified to seeing the number 11 or 11.11 repeatedly over the past year, emphasizing the importance of this year of 11. Some of the scriptures that we felt related to this phenomenon were Hebrews 11:11, Isaiah 11:11, and Proverbs 11:11 to name a few.
We shared how Genesis 26 is a template for the conference and for the nation in the coming year. The chapter begins with a famine and an assignment to Isaac to stay in the land. He obeys and prospers greatly which then moves him to re-digging the wells of his father Abraham. However, we felt the emphasis was on the third well that Isaac dug, a new well, and we felt that we were prophesying a new well specifically for the City of Calgary and a new well for our nation. This prophetic word was addressed again and again throughout the conference. We also felt that individuals and ministries would be receiving new assignments in the coming year.
One word that was dealt with in a significant way had to do with recovery and breaking the power of a withholding spirit that has affected many people and many kingdom minded businesses. An unusual breakthrough took place on Saturday evening during the praise and worship that began with the scripture from Amos 3:7,8 "Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets. A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord God has spoken! Who can but prophesy?" The conference erupted into an extended roar which we felt was directed against the withholding spirit and that individuals, ministries, and kingdom businesses were now empowered to recover what had been taken.
The messages dealt with subjects such as the administration of justice on situations such as the trafficking of children, new levels of praise and worship that release higher authority, and kingdom authority for the coming season.
One word dealt with recovery of the prophetic voice to the nation once again. This word also extended to Dick and Joan, that a great and effectual door in media would open to them in 2011.
Many who had attended numerous previous Dominion conferences stated that this conference was at a much higher level and more anointed than the rest.

What is God saying to the church in Canada and the nation of Canada at this time?

Introduction
Canada’Äôs prophetic destiny is to bring healing to the
nations. This is against the backdrop of ’ÄúI will
shake everything which can be shaken so that which
cannot be shaken remains.’Äù This applies to the church
in Canada and the churches in the nations of the earth;
it also applies to the nation of Canada and to the
nations of the earth. Continued economic shakings as
well as natural ones (ie: Christchurch, NZ) lie
ahead. Israel is bracing for war, and skirmishes
will erupt that will align the rest of the world for
and against her.
Two major keys. There
are two major keys God is giving Canada for advancing
the kingdom in this hour of history. Firstly, how the
church and nation stand with the people and nation of
Israel in their current crisis. ’Äú Those who bless you,
I will bless; those who curse you, I will curse.’Äù
Secondly, the recent Forgiveness tour and the
Forgiveness summit which ran during the first half of
2010 has brought very significant healing to the nation
and releases the First Nations people to come into
their prophetic destiny.
CANADA
MUST CONTINUE TO STAND WITH ISRAEL We
prayed into two of our Prime Minister’Äôs public
statements that they will stand with Israel (Jean
Chretien’Äôs decree after he visited the Holocaust
Museum, and Stephen Harper’Äôs public statements that we
will stand with Israel). Rob Parker reminded us of the
significance of the 1999 Gathering in Winnipeg where
repentance towards the Jewish people turned away
judgment from the nation of
Canada.
Standing With the US
Received in 2007-2008.
Canada has entered into a time of blessing and favour from the Lord. But we must walk very carefully in this time with humility,unity, thanksgiving and joy. If we do that then God will spare us through future global disasters and
catastrophes.
Meanwhile the USA has entered into a time of challenges which will increase into times of challenges, trials, judgments and difficulties. God is watching the church in Canada in our attitudes to the USA in these days.He is looking for the same attitudes of humility, unity, encouragement, mercy and compassion to see if we will walk very carefully through the challenging times. He does not want us to be like the neighbours of Israel who were proud, arrogant, vengeful when God was chastening Israel. He does not want us to gloat, be superior, judge, nor be cynical towards the USA during these times.Those neighbours subsequently brought judgment on themselves. And in the same way He wants us to have those same positive attitudes towards other countries as God
gets their attention in often dramatic ways. As we walk in His ways so His protection will cover us as future events unfold.

I want to share some things; I feel a prophetic stirring that's going on while we are here. There is a clear prophetic message of what God is saying to all of us tonight...
Here in Canada I believe I will share something I have never shared in another nation, I believe in Canada we are in a great place to enter into the move of God dwelling amongst you. You can feel a stirring and empowering, and yet the Lord is saying, "Expect the greater to begin to manifest."
When I got here today I was able to seek the Lord and one of the things I heard him say get into a new boldness for this new season, in other words many of you in the past season have been not backwards, you've expected things to happen that never happened, you have gotten confused on the journey and yet there is anointing here tonight for a boldness to come upon the people of God in Canada. This boldness is going to do something that we have not seen happen before. This boldness will come on you when you least expect it to happen, then all of a sudden there will be a stirring within, and where you were timid in one moment you are bold in the next moment, because the anointing of the Lord is stirring within you, and all of a sudden you might be in the grocery store and the spirit of God speaks to you and says your assignment is in the next aisle, you might be at work and the spirit of God speak to you and say the guy in next booth or cubby hole the spirit of God might say I am ready to do a miracle. The spirit of God is coming on us in unusual ways and doing unusual things. Because of that there a things from your past season, we are just dealing with the past, but I mean Godly impartations that have gone down deep in you from the past season that in this season will boldly manifest. In other words there a certain things you knew God wanted you to see and you never saw those things happen but now we have entered a season to see. So God in his process is doing something to bring us into a way of seeing that we have never seen before. Tonight one of the things I want to do is impart the ability to see into a realm you have not seen into. Read More...
